Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation who will lead labor compensation strategy and consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with organizational performance and affordability across union and non-union environments
  • Lead and mentor the compensation team while driving continuous improvement in compensation services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, HR, or consulting environments
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
