Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
  • Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies that support workforce sustainability and organizational performance
  • Oversee labor relations and collective bargaining activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or HR-related fields
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
  • Healthcare experience preferred
