Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation who will lead labor compensation strategy and consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
  • Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Oversee labor relations and collective bargaining activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, HR, or related fields
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
  • Healthcare experience preferred
