Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to lead labor compensation strategy and consulting across various divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
- Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies that align with organizational performance and affordability
- Provide leadership and oversight for collective bargaining activities and ensure compliance with labor agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, HR, or consulting environments
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
- Healthcare experience preferred
