Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation who will lead labor compensation strategy and consulting across various divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance requirements
  • Lead the compensation team, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across compensation services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, regulatory, HR, project management, or consulting environments
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
  • Healthcare experience preferred
