Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for compensation and total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's compensation strategy, philosophy, and governance framework in partnership with Executive HR leadership
- Design, implement, and oversee all direct compensation programs, including executive, exempt, non-exempt, incentive, and merit
- Manage and develop the Compensation team, ensuring effective hiring, onboarding, performance management, and daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in compensation strategy and program management
- Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance
- Experience in financial modeling and budgeting related to compensation
- Ability to analyze compensation data and market trends
- Experience in managing and developing teams
