Job Summary

Director of Compensation, this full-time remote position is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation strategies and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Influence compensation strategy through data-driven insights and market intelligence while managing job architecture and organizational design
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and oversee compensation-related reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; CCP or similar certification preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in U.S. government contracting
  • Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with compensation program implementation and organizational change management
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
