Job Summary
Managing a team focused on compensation strategy, the full-time Director of Compensation will oversee the design, evaluation, and implementation of compensation policies and programs while ensuring market competitiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation policies and programs, including base and incentive pay
- Manage compensation administration in Workday and develop reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with Human Potential leadership on system-wide projects and change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Eight years of progressive experience in the compensation function
- Five years in a managerial, supervisory, or consultant capacity
- Prior experience with Workday preferred
- Certification in a related area (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR) preferred
