Job Summary

Managing a team focused on compensation strategy, the full-time Director of Compensation will oversee the design, evaluation, and implementation of compensation policies and programs while ensuring market competitiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation policies and programs, including base and incentive pay
  • Manage compensation administration in Workday and develop reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Human Potential leadership on system-wide projects and change management initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Eight years of progressive experience in the compensation function
  • Five years in a managerial, supervisory, or consultant capacity
  • Prior experience with Workday preferred
  • Certification in a related area (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR) preferred
