Job Summary
Leading the total rewards strategy, the full-time remote Director of Compensation will oversee benefit, compensation, and recognition programs while providing leadership to multiple teams and contributing to departmental business plans.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and develop total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits programs
- Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of managers and professional employees
- Set organizational priorities, allocate resources, and execute departmental business plans
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in team management
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
- Ability to identify and resolve complex multi-dimensional business problems
- Experience influencing senior division executives and external stakeholders
