Job Summary

Leading the total rewards strategy, the full-time remote Director of Compensation will oversee benefit, compensation, and recognition programs while providing leadership to multiple teams and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs
• Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of managers and professional employees
• Develop departmental plans that align with business and operational priorities

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in team management
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
• Ability to identify and resolve complex business problems
• Experience in influencing senior executives and managing multiple related teams
