Job Summary
To attract and retain top-tier talent, the full-time Director of Compensation will design, implement, and govern comprehensive compensation strategies across corporate, retail, and logistics environments while ensuring equity and competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain distinct compensation structures for corporate, retail, and logistics workforces
- Lead annual participation in compensation surveys and analyze market trends for competitive positioning
- Oversee the execution of annual merit reviews, cost-of-living adjustments, and optimize sales commission structures
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation management
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern HRIS platforms and compensation market pricing software
- Experience working with compensation consulting firms and market pricing/data
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CCP designation is a strong plus
