Job Summary
Driving strategic impact across the business, the full-time salaried Director of Compensation will lead and develop a team of compensation partners while building best-in-class compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of client compensation partners
- Partnering with the VP Rewards to drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy and program delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners on complex compensation matters and ensuring operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Deep experience in the tech sector, preferably at a high-growth private or pre-IPO company
- Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide compensation programs across a global workforce
- Track record of operating as a senior business partner on high-stakes compensation decisions
- Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive compensation decisions, with proficiency in tools like gSheets, Excel, and ideally Tableau, SQL, or Python
