Job Summary
Leading the organization's compensation strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Compensation will develop and oversee compensation programs, ensure alignment with business objectives, and partner with various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation philosophy, market positioning, and long-term strategy
- Lead annual compensation planning, pay equity reviews, and incentive programs
- Provide guidance on compensation decisions and maintain job architecture standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive compensation experience, including enterprise programs
- Experience in developing compensation strategies and managing salary structures
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or related certification preferred
