Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits initiatives across the Americas, the full-time remote Director of Compensation and Benefits will oversee regional team management, design competitive programs, and provide data-driven insights to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the regional Compensation & Benefits team, ensuring performance management and goal setting
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs while aligning with global standards and local market requirements
  • Translate compensation and benefits data into actionable insights, identifying trends and providing recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits programs in a global corporate environment
  • Experience working within publicly traded companies
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and partnering with senior business leaders
  • Strong understanding of international and regional labor laws across the Americas
