Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Slack Competitive Intelligence Strategy, focusing on enterprise collaboration platforms and AI-native productivity tools
• Conduct competitive analysis and market sensing to understand positioning and customer adoption patterns
• Provide GTM and field enablement support, including developing competitive assets and coaching sales teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise software, particularly in competitive intelligence or product marketing
• Proven track record of translating competitive intelligence into business impact
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across various functions without direct authority
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and competitive intelligence application in the field
• Familiarity with the AI-native collaboration landscape and its impact on buyer decisions
