Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and direct supervision of the Compliance Department, the fully remote Director of Compliance will manage compliance and ethics programs, ensure adherence to legal guidelines and company policies, and oversee the compliance management system while collaborating with various operational units.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the compliance and ethics program to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Direct the compliance management system, enhancing user adoption and overseeing compliance obligations
  • Oversee the internal auditing function, developing new audit processes and compiling analytical reports for identified deficiencies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of professional experience managing contracts, policies, and procedures
  • 4 years of experience in a compliance officer role (preferred)
  • CCEP or other professional compliance and ethics certification (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (preferred)
