Director of Compliance
Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the healthcare compliance program, the full-time remote Director of Compliance will manage compliance policies, conduct investigations, and serve as the primary contact for compliance inquiries from various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compliance policies and training aligned with regulations and client requirements
- Conduct compliance investigations and manage remediation efforts for non-compliance allegations
- Serve as the compliance liaison for pharmaceutical clients, supporting audits and ensuring adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Five or more years of healthcare compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Three years of experience conducting compliance investigations
- Working knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations
- Experience in designing and executing compliance training and monitoring activities
