Director of Compliance
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech organization, the full-time Director of Compliance will design and manage the company-wide compliance program, conduct risk assessments, and partner cross-functionally to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the company-wide compliance program
- Conduct periodic and annual reviews and risk assessments
- Lead third-party vendor/risk management and due diligence processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in regulated financial services, compliance, or risk management
- Familiarity with consumer lending and payments regulations
- Expertise in AML/KYC and BSA rules and regulations
- Strong knowledge of consumer protection regulations such as Regulation Z and CCPA
- Experience developing governance, risk, and compliance programs
