Director of Compliance and Ethics

Job Summary

Leading the Corporate Compliance & Ethics function, the full-time Director of Compliance and Ethics will design and enhance the Compliance Management System, oversee regulatory governance, and manage corporate compliance processes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks and compliance management systems to align with regulatory expectations
• Oversee regulatory change management, ensuring comprehensive tracking and implementation of regulatory requirements
• Lead the ethics and conduct program, managing the Code of Conduct and monitoring compliance culture indicators

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience in designing and operating compliance governance frameworks and Compliance Management Systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and governance practices, particularly in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, risk management, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CCEP, CRCM/CRCMP, or similar credentials are preferred
