Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a scalable Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory and compliance-related inquiries across teams
• Oversee compliance obligations, including license applications and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory and compliance
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar
• Experience in building compliance programs in high-growth or startup environments
• Proactive approach with a willingness to contribute to company success
• Experience in rapidly-evolving startup environments is preferred
