Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance & Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Compliance Management System (CMS) to align with AI models and financial integrations
• Lead the design of compliance workflows for new Payment Portal, including KYB and transaction monitoring protocols
• Transform compliance data into executive reporting and dashboards to inform business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit within regulated SaaS or fintech environments
• Proven experience with KYB/KYC processes and understanding of payment rules
• Ability to act as a strategic partner and business enabler
• Tech-savvy with experience in using advanced data tools
• Experience thriving in high-growth, high-stress environments
