Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance & Risk Processes & Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies in collaboration with various teams
  • Document and standardize compliance processes and controls, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable compliance and risk management solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance program management and contract experience with state Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial programs
  • Experience working with healthcare regulatory agencies to develop compliance and fraud prevention programs is preferred
  • Experience overseeing the implementation of federal and state insurance or program requirements is preferred
  • Familiarity with various Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications is preferred
