Director of Compliance and Risk Management

Job Summary

Supporting the development of Y-USA's compliance program and risk management framework, the full-time remote Director of Compliance and Risk Management will manage compliance strategy, oversee risk practices, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while partnering with functional leaders for organizational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise compliance program to ensure regulatory alignment
• Implements and advances the enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification and mitigation
• Prepares executive and board-level reporting for the Audit, Compliance & Risk Committee to oversee compliance and enterprise risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPA or similar) preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or governance roles
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise risk management frameworks and compliance program development
• Experience supporting board-level committees or governance structures
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
