Director of Compliance Certifications

Job Summary

As the Director of Product Certifications and Compliance, this full-time remote position will manage global product and industry certification efforts, oversee compliance roadmaps, and lead a team of program managers to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to align compliance initiatives with business objectives
• Lead the team responsible for U.S. Public Sector certifications and various regulatory programs
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Legal, InfoSec, and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience
• Proven industry and management experience with a strong understanding of cybersecurity certifications and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated executive influence and effective risk mitigation skills
