Director of Compliance Services
Job Summary
Leading a high-performance compliance team, the full-time remote Director of Compliance Services will oversee HUD vouchering, contract renewals, and ensure accurate tenant certifications for a portfolio of LIHTC/HUD/HOME regulated properties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance monitoring and support for properties undergoing agency reviews, ensuring timely resolutions and documentation
- Oversee annual reporting and maintain compliance with occupancy and program requirements, including preparation of owner certifications
- Develop staff potential through mentoring and training while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and agencies
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years in property/real estate management and affordable housing compliance experience
- Four or more years in management positions
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable industry experience
- HCCP or comparable tax credit housing certification required
- CPO or COC certification preferred
