Director of Compliance Services

Job Summary

Leading the Retirement compliance department, the full-time Director of Compliance Services will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive alignment with service models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities within the Retirement Operations team, ensuring compliance testing and employer calculations are delivered effectively
• Manage budget proposals, staffing plans, and key performance metrics to align departmental priorities with business objectives
• Motivate and lead teams through organizational changes while fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various departments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Retirement Services, Financial Services, or related operational environments
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives, including process redesign and digital transformation
• Proven ability to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance operational performance
• Experience navigating mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale organizational changes
• Track record of successfully guiding teams through transformational initiatives while maintaining operational stability
