Director of Compliance Services

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Director of Compliance Services will manage day-to-day activities of the Retirement compliance department, ensuring alignment with service models, achieving budget targets, and enhancing both associate and client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance testing and employer calculations within the Retirement Operations team
• Develop and manage organizational planning and annual staffing plans
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance performance and client retention

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Retirement Services, Financial Services, or Benefits Administration
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives and process redesign
• Proven ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance operational performance
• Experience navigating mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale organizational change
• Track record of developing and executing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives
