A company is looking for a Director of Compliance Technology & Data Insights to lead data-driven compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex data mining and trend analysis to assess compliance risks
• Create compliance dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time insights
• Develop predictive models to identify compliance intervention areas and optimize resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics focused on healthcare compliance
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and visualization tools
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and related compliance laws
• Experience with compliance management software or platforms is preferred
