Director of Compliance Testing

Job Summary

Leading the governance of the U.S. Independent Compliance Testing framework, the full-time salaried Director of Compliance Testing will oversee the testing program, ensure regulatory alignment, and enhance operational processes while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the governance of the Independent Compliance Testing program, ensuring timely delivery on the annual plan
• Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including quality control of testing documentation and issue validation activities
• Support regulatory examinations and internal audits by coordinating program responses and preparing executive reporting materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal or external audit, or related risk management discipline
• Strong knowledge of compliance testing methodologies and internal control frameworks
• Experience in developing executive-level reporting and communicating outcomes to senior management
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage competing priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
