Director of Compliance Testing

Job Summary

Leading the governance of the U.S. Independent Compliance Testing framework, the full-time salaried Director of Compliance Testing will oversee the testing program, enhance compliance methodologies, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while driving a culture of compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the governance of the Independent Compliance Testing program, ensuring timely delivery on the annual plan
• Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including quality control of testing documentation and issue validation activities
• Support regulatory examinations and internal audits by coordinating responses and preparing executive reporting for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal or external audit, or related risk management disciplines
• Strong knowledge of compliance testing methodologies and internal control frameworks
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a complex organizational environment
• Experience in developing executive-level reporting and communicating outcomes to senior management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
