Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year configuration strategy and roadmap to support organizational priorities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while overseeing workforce planning and performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare benefit configuration or claims system administration
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a managerial or director-level capacity
• Advanced knowledge of medical/vision claims adjudication and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with configuration platforms preferred
