Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Configuration will oversee the organization's benefit configuration and claims platform operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence while collaborating with senior leadership across various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the multi-year configuration strategy and roadmap to align with organizational priorities and client needs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance metrics to meet enterprise goals
  • Design governance frameworks for configuration processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining audit readiness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare benefit configuration or claims system administration
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a managerial or director-level capacity
  • Advanced knowledge of medical/vision claims adjudication and provider reimbursement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) preferred
