Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational center of excellence within the Congress Team, ensuring efficient execution of congresses globally
• Oversee vendor performance, budget governance, and compliance across congress operations
• Direct logistics processes and manage operational support for healthcare professional engagement at congresses

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience, or
• Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, or
• Associate's degree and 12 years of experience, or
• High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or vendor management
