Director of Consilience Facilitation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consilience Facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to ensure effective collaboration among research, training, and outreach teams
• Support researchers in identifying goals and overcoming interdisciplinary challenges
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance team consilience and prepare reports for management and funders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including two years in a managerial role
• Doctorate degree in a field relevant to team science is preferred
• Experience in team support and consilience-focused leadership
• Knowledge of Human Subjects Experimentation guidelines and IRB review protocols
• Experience working in higher education
