Director of Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Construction to lead the delivery of distributed energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EPC contractors through engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Manage CAPEX deployment timing, cashflows, and budget adherence for projects
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with EPC and vendors to optimize project execution

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in leading EPC execution for distributed energy projects
• Experience with Solar, BESS, Microgrids, and CHP for high-reliability customers
• Strong background in EPC contract, cost, schedule, and risk governance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; PMP/OSHA-30 preferred
• Familiarity with third-party financing and HSEQ leadership
