Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Construction to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects in a remote/hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for large, complex projects and ensure consistent execution
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and guide Project Executives in recovery planning
• Champion safety culture and ensure adherence to safety programs and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial or large commercial construction
• Proven leadership of large-scale projects and multi-project portfolios
• Demonstrated success with full P&L accountability
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, and risk management
• Relevant certifications such as SPMP, PMP, or CCM preferred
