Job Summary
Leading the channel account management team, the full-time salaried Director of Construction Solutions will develop and implement channel sales strategies, manage partner ecosystems, and drive global expansion efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and strategic partner programs to enhance business growth
- Identify growth opportunities in customer experience and oversee the execution of revenue-generating initiatives
- Collaborate with sales leaders to penetrate new markets and monitor customer success through pipeline development and forecasting
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading software sales teams in complex sales and channel development
- Proven track record in managing global channel partner ecosystems
- Strong technical background with understanding of end-user workflows in the construction industry
- Experience in developing and tracking KPIs and managing sales funnels via Salesforce
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
