Director of Consultant Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consultant Relations for the Southwest Territory (Texas).

Key Responsibilities

• Own consultant influence and pipeline outcomes for the territory by executing a territory plan
• Build and maintain relationships with top consulting and brokerage firms to establish preference for the company
• Enable consultants to confidently position the company's services through effective messaging and events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of experience with major benefits consulting and/or brokerage firms
• Proven ability to build influential relationships that drive business outcomes
• Strong business development skills, including prospecting and multi-threading relationships
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for managing contacts and opportunities
• A self-starter mindset with high ownership and curiosity in a fast-paced environment
