Job Summary
Driving the development and go-to-market execution of strategic partnerships, the full-time Director of Consultant Relations will strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners while identifying new opportunities for market expansion in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and launch innovative programs to empower partners in selling and supporting Sparrow's product
- Nurture long-term relationships with key brokers and consultants to drive awareness and adoption of services
- Identify and secure new strategic growth partnerships while collaborating with leadership on national expansion strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the benefits or HR tech industries
- Prior experience working directly with HR leaders, brokers, and consultants
- Proven track record of developing and scaling channel programs and driving strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the broker and consultant ecosystem dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset
