• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and deliver innovative consulting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business, and data analytics consulting, preferably in CX/EX
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona development, and data analysis
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
