Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Director to lead and scale their consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation services, ensuring excellence in execution and customer experience
• Build and scale delivery processes and organizational structure to support growth while maintaining quality
• Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, workforce planning, and delivery strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting leadership with accountability for margins and delivery outcomes
• Successful track record in leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations
• Decisive leadership skills to set direction and make trade-offs in a matrixed environment
• Background in software implementation or SaaS delivery environments is a plus
• Experience in scaling consulting teams through rapid growth is advantageous
