Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, the full-time Sr. Director of Consulting Sales will manage a team of sales leaders and professionals to achieve annual sales quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage team operations, including staffing, work allocation, and performance management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet goals
  • Oversee sales management tasks such as forecasting, contract negotiations, and key customer relationships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience in progressive roles
  • Experience supervising sales representatives
  • Proven background in selling consulting, professional services, or cloud solutions
  • Experience in public sector, higher education, or commercial sales environments
