Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consulting Services to oversee customer engagements and lead a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Consulting Services strategy and delivery frameworks across various customer engagement types
• Own organizational design and talent strategy, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Establish delivery standards and ensure high-quality execution of customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Workday certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in professional services/consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in managing teams through complex customer projects
• Experience with Workday deployments and functional/technical knowledge
• Experience managing a P&L and resource management
