Director of Consulting Services

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of implementation and consulting services, the full-time remote Director of Consulting Services will drive customer onboarding, program launches, and optimization initiatives while overseeing a team of project managers and consultants to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Consulting and Implementation vision aligned with company growth goals
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of certification programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, Consultants, and Project Managers, fostering a customer-centric culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing delivery teams for complex, multi-phase implementations
• Proven success delivering complex SaaS implementations for enterprise-level clients
• Strong understanding of integrations, including APIs and SSO
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, utilization, and services revenue
