Director of Consulting Services
Job Summary
Leading the North America Services Financial Services Industry (FSI) team, the full-time Director of Consulting Services will manage regional profit and loss, oversee sales and delivery across consulting, training, and technical account management, and collaborate with sales leaders to drive customer engagement and service adoption in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support sales management to achieve financial targets and maintain relationships with key customers
- Lead services opportunities, ensuring proper scoping and executive oversight for delivery
- Implement strategic services objectives and maintain a hiring plan for the regional services team
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a service delivery role with a successful leadership record
- Proven direct sales experience in driving services business development
- Deep understanding of the professional services model, including P&L responsibility
- Operational experience with next-generation IaaS and PaaS services methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse audiences
