Job Summary

Leading a high-value portfolio of technology consulting client accounts, the full-time remote Director of Consulting Services Sales will drive account growth strategies, oversee proposal development, and cultivate senior executive relationships to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategies to expand pipeline, increase revenue, and deepen client relationships
  • Oversee the development and delivery of complex proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers and Client Services professionals, setting performance expectations
Required qualifications
  • 11+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting services
  • 6+ years managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deep expertise in digital transformation, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, or ERP systems
  • Strong command of the full consulting sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract execution
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
