• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in Paid Search (SEM)
• Proven track record in scaling high-volume, lead-driven consumer acquisition programs
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of specialists
• Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar annual media portfolios with clear ownership of key metrics
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of attribution and performance measurement
