A company is looking for a Director of Consumer Insights to lead their consumer insights function and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer insights strategy aligned with business objectives
- Administer customer feedback programs and present actionable insights through dashboards and reports
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing consumer data to generate insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields
- Proficiency in Qualtrics and strong analytical skills in data interpretation and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with analytics and research tools (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Excel, Python)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
