Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consumption for Agentforce and Data360.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive Net Consumed Revenue (NCR) targets through strategic account consumption
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Consumption Leads while focusing on their professional development
• Develop and implement scalable programs to enhance credit usage and value across accounts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of consumption-based business models and expansion strategies for Enterprise customers
• Passion for data and AI solutions and their impact on customer experiences
• Technical knowledge of data architecture and ability to engage with C-level executives
• Data-driven approach to territory management with adaptability to market changes
