A company is looking for a Director of Content to manage and lead content production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 5-7 Supervising Producers, advising on content strategy and production workflows
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop new content packages and optimize strategies for growth
• Ensure high-quality content production while managing budgets and schedules

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the sports or entertainment industry focused on content creation
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
• Experience with digital and short-form video content
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Passion for storytelling and driving consumer engagement
